STUDIO PROTOCOLS
Safety is Our First Priority:
Please use hand sanitizer upon entry.*
Our Cleaning Protocols for our Showrooms:
Doors and high touch areas are disinfected multiple times a day, including counters.
**"Wiped down" is understood to be using optim, Lysol wipes, or equivalent, according to manufacture's directions.
PIERCING PROTOCOLS
We have hand sanitizer stations set up at our door to use upon arrival.
We ask that you come to your appointment on time, or five minutes early- parking downtown can take a minute or few.
The safety of our clients and co-workers is paramount.
Expect your appointment to take 30-45 minutes.
Please don't forget to bring your ID. Photo ID is required for all piercings.
All Minors must have government issued ID that shows their birthdate. Minors who are 16 or over can sign for themselves for certain piercings. Minors who are 15 or under must be accompanied by their Legal Guardian who must have photo ID. If you have any questions about ID, please give us a call.
