We're really enjoying being back in the studio with our showrooms open!
STUDIO PROTOCOLS
Safety is Our First Priority:
Masks must be worn. Please use hand sanitizer upon entry.*
We ot purchased will be put aside on a rack, dated and held for 4 days before being put back in the showroom.
Our Cleaning Protocols for our Showrooms:
Doors and high touch areas disinfected minimum once an hour, including counters.
Gloves will be worn by our staff and changed as needed for showing jewellery, including rings.
Anything touched by a client will be set aside and disinfected using optim wipes and rinsed before being put back.
**"Wiped down" is understood to be using optim, Lysol wipes, or equivalent, according to manufacture's directions.
PIERCING PROTOCOLS
Because we are all in this "new normal" we've had to make some adjustments to your visit...
Please bring your own mask.
We will need you to wear it while you're having service done with us. If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible.
We have hand sanitizer stations set up at our door to use upon arrival.
Debit or credit cards are encouraged.
We ask that you come to your appointment on time, we can no longer offer a waiting area for people to hang out early.
Unless you are a minor requiring a parent/guardian to sign, please come to your appointment by yourself. If feel you must have a chaperone, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate you.
The safety of our clients and co-workers is paramount.
Please leave any extra belongings behind (coats, bags, etc).
As everything takes just a little bit longer these days, expect your appointment to take 45 minutes.
Please don't forget to bring your ID. Photo ID is required for all piercings. All Minors must have government issued ID that shows their birthdate. Minors who are 16 or over can sign for themselves for certain piercings. Minors who are 15 or under must be accompanied by their Legal Guardian who must have photo ID. If you have any questions about ID, please give us a call.
-If you are, or have been, feeling unwell you need to postpone your visit.
-If you have been asked to self isolate, you need to postpone your visit.
-If you are waiting on covid test results you need to postpone your visit.
These new procedures are a requirement of our Covid Safety Plan and are required by Worksafe BC.

*What if I can't wear a mask?
No problem, there are a couple options that we can do to reasonably accommodate you:
You could wear a face shield. If you cannot wear a face shield, unfortunately you will not be allowed to enter the studio at this time.
But we do have MORE options to reasonably accommodate you! Give us a phone call, facebook message or email and we can arrange curbside pick-up for your order or book you in for a service.
We are trying our best to follow the public health orders, while protecting the safety of our employees and clients. We will never ask you what your medical condition is, please do not ask about ours.
As always, rude behaviour will not be tolerated.
