STUDIO PROTOCOLS
Safety is our first priority.
Please use hand sanitizer upon entry.
Doors, counters and other high touch areas are disinfected multiple times a day using appropriate cleaning equipment (Optim, Lysol Wipes, Etc.)
We ask that you come to your appointment on time, or five minutes early. Parking downtown can sometimes take a minute. There is ample parking on the street as well as in the parkades located on Seymore and Lansdown Street.
Expect your appointment to take 30-45 minutes.
If you are, or have been feeling unwell, please postpone your visit.
Government issued photo ID is required for all piercings.
Anyone getting pierced must bring a valid government issued photo ID to their appointment. Ex: Drivers License, Passport, Status Card, PAL.
Minors who are 16 years old or over can sign for themselves for certain piercings if they have a valid government issued photo ID.
Minors who are 15 years old or under must be accompanied by their Legal Guardian. The Legal Guardian must bring a valid government issued photo ID and a government issued ID that shows the name and birthdate of the minor. Ex: BC Services Card, Birth Certificate, Passport, Status Card.
