Everyone that works here is a delight, everything is always very thoroughly explained, the process is extremely sanitary, and I have not had any complications with any of my piercings. I will continue to go to instinct for any and all piercings I get in the future, and have and will continue to recommend them to anybody with an interest in getting pierced."

"I chose Instinct Adornment for my cartilage piercing based on their website info/photos and customer reviews. I walked in off the street today and was seen quickly and without an appointment. Such a great vibe in the shop, professional, educational, fun folks. Clean and follow all safety precautions to the letter. I enjoyed the experience and am very happy with the service and people! I do not hurt and my piercing looks awesome. Based on my experience I would recommend this place without hesitation!"

"Just wanted to give a huge RAVE to Instinct Adornment. I went in today to get a couple of piercings redone, that I'd had forever, but had to take them out during a stint in hospital. It has been at least 10yrs since having them I wanted them back. The shop is beautiful with lots of incredible stock. This is where the big rave comes in. Since I wanted them back into the same spots, they did a quick check to see if there was any chance the old holes hadn't healed. Both were still opening. So instead of charging me for 2 full piercings & jewelery, they just charged me for the slight stretching of the old holes & jewelery. Ken was fantastic & all the staff were so friendly. Now I feel a little bit like my old self. Highly recommend this shop to anyone!"
